This self-catering cottage believed to date back to the 16th century is situated in the sheltered courtyard within the grounds of Plas Cadnant overlooking a herb garden and adjacent to the 'Old Dairy'.
A wide front door leads into the entrance hall. The comfortably furnished and spacious living room is lit by lamps and has a gas fired stove for cooler evenings. A colour television, Freewview and DVD player are provided, together with a well-stocked bookcase. The dining table seats two and the sofa will convert into a spare bed if required. An oak staircase leads up to a galleried bedroom with a polished wooden floor with rugs, and an unusual antique double bed.
The delightful modern kitchen includes gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, with slate floor and oak cupboards. The bathroom is spacious and has a bath with overhead shower, w.c. and wash basin. Fuel is by meter reading.
